Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Sennsual uses them, and your choices regarding their use.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. Cookies We Use
We use two categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies (always active): Managed by Supabase Auth, these cookies maintain your login session so you stay signed in as you navigate the site. They are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without losing access to authenticated features.
- Analytics cookies (consent required): When you accept our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare to understand how visitors interact with the site — pageviews, sessions, events, clicks, scrolls, and anonymized session replays. This helps us identify usability issues and improve the product. Neither tool uses this data for advertising. See the vendor table below for details.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
3. Third-Party Vendors
When you accept analytics cookies, we load the following tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage analytics (pageviews, sessions, events).
Cookies:_ga,_ga_*. Retention: up to 26 months. Provider: Google LLC. - Contentsquare — behavioral analytics (session replay, heatmaps, journey analysis). Contentsquare automatically masks form inputs and does not share data with advertising networks. See Contentsquare Privacy & Security.
Cookies:_cs_c,_cs_id,_cs_s. Retention: up to 13 months. Provider: Contentsquare SA.
During payment processing, our payment processor Stripe may set cookies on their own domain (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) to complete your transaction securely and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not control or have access to these cookies.
4. Managing Your Choices
You can change your analytics consent at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page. Declining (or withdrawing) consent stops Contentsquare from loading on subsequent page views.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using authenticated features of Sennsual.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
