No actual human performers are depicted in any content generated or displayed on RileeTalk. All characters are fictional AI constructs with no connection to real individuals.

RileeTalk requires all users to be 18 years of age or older. We collect date of birth at registration and verify that users meet the minimum age requirement. Users who provide false age information are in violation of our Terms of Service and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

If you believe you have encountered content depicting a minor, please report it immediately to abuse@rileetalk.com. We take all such reports seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement.

All AI-generated content on RileeTalk must comply with the following standards:

• No content depicting or suggesting minors in sexual contexts is permitted under any circumstances
• AI characters are designed to represent adults (18+) and are explicitly configured as such
• Content depicting non-consensual scenarios is prohibited
• Content glorifying violence, hate speech, or illegal activity is prohibited

Our AI characters are configured with strict content guidelines that prohibit the generation of content violating our standards. Users who attempt to generate prohibited content will have their accounts terminated immediately.

RileeTalk respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our service; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief; (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (6) your signature.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and will remove infringing content. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

RileeTalk has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that appears to depict minors in sexual situations will be immediately removed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org, as well as to law enforcement.
