Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RileeTalk experience. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase. To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of the subscription charge
- This policy applies to first-time subscriptions only
- Renewals are not eligible for refund once processed
To request a refund, contact us at billing@rileetalk.com with your account email and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
2. Token Credits — Non-Refundable
Purchased credit bundles (tokens) are non-refundable once acquired. Credits are made available in your account immediately upon successful payment. Please review your credit balance and intended use before purchasing.
Exception: if a technical error caused credits to be deducted without the corresponding service being delivered, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and restore your credits if the error is confirmed.
3. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. If you wish to also receive a refund, you must explicitly request one within the 48-hour window described above.
4. Chargeback Policy
We take chargebacks very seriously. If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Submit evidence of your account activity to the payment processor
- Pursue recovery of the chargeback fee imposed on us by our payment processor

5. Service Interruption
In the event of extended service downtime (more than 24 continuous hours) caused by our infrastructure, we will provide a pro-rated credit extension to affected subscribers. This will be applied automatically — no request needed.
