Terms of Service

RileeTalk is an adult entertainment platform offering AI-powered virtual companionship experiences. By accessing our service, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. RileeTalk provides interactive conversations, media generation, and personalized experiences with AI characters.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access RileeTalk. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have provided accurate birth date information. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor, and to report such access to appropriate authorities.

Access is prohibited in jurisdictions where adult entertainment content is restricted. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to generate or request content involving minors in any sexual context
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the AI models or underlying systems
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Subscription fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. RileeTalk reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

Credits are a virtual currency used to access premium features including AI-generated images and videos. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform. Credits included in your subscription do not roll over to the following month. Purchased (top-up) credits do not expire.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on subscription refunds and credit purchases. In summary: subscription fees may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase; token credits are non-refundable.

All content on RileeTalk — including AI character designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of RileeTalk or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

AI-generated content created through your interactions is licensed to you for personal use. RileeTalk retains the right to use anonymized interaction data to improve the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RileeTalk does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may perform maintenance at any time. AI characters are fictional and any resemblance to real persons is unintentional.

RileeTalk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We will provide a pro-rated refund of unused subscription days if termination is due to service discontinuation on our part.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against RileeTalk.
